Johnson County has a transit service and one can catch the bus in Goreville, Buncombe, Vienna and West Vienna for medical appointments, shopping trips or other excursions. Marion Regional Humane Society Newly formed group in Southern Illinois to establish low income spay/neuter clinic and adoption center. Working closely with City of Marion Animal Control and citizens of the region in helping to control the pet population. Doing this through a "No Kill" approach by spay/neutering, offering medical aid, food, shelter and a chance to find a loving home through an adoptive process or rescue group.
